well after a few check by wireman..they said a ignition problem and fix it.luckily my car can start easily..and cost me around 380.00 bucks..
now my night can sleep well..

how did he conned the customers? pre ordered izzit/money up front? or he show d item, but during installation, install some other cam?

I got this dam weird problem now...
last time when i turned on my CD Player with air-con on, sometimes it got the sound so called "aeroplane sound", but is not tat loud but noticeable when my volume is low...if mid volume, then is not noticeable...somehow the sound slowly upgraded...and the "aeroplane sound" wil followed by my engine sound...the more/higher i rev, the louder the sound...is like interior exhaust system through speaker+tweeter..if without air-con, the sound won't appear..

3 weeks back, the aeroplane sound was SOO loud until can break ears drum,even volume set to 0...but it only happen sometime, tat force me to turn off my Player...and if i turn on agian, the sound disappear, and wil appear again after a few minutes...this also happened when air-con is ON...however, there will be no sound if air-con off...

and now...ridiculous!!!! If i turn on my air-con and CD player, the sound will appear in LOUD after a while driving...and the best part is, my air-con is not cold anymore if i turn on my CD player..however, if i off my CD player, my air-con will become cold agian...(tis was suspected to be loosen air-con pump at first)...BUT, how can a CD player affects the air-con pump to ON or OFF????
So now i can either choose to use my air-con or CD player..if i choose to use both, there will be aeroplane sound and non-cold air-con....wtf?

Will it be wiring problem? short-circuit? plug cables? not enough earth grounding? alternator dieing soon? amp burned? player internal damage? etc etc?

FYI, i'm using Pioneer player, and i heard my fren said that it happened to be like this with Pioneer player..

pls help me :(

hahaha,the story is like fool,he really got install that cam inside the car infront customer,huhu the kung fu is his will remove that cam out less then 5 min at customer back,then kung fu abit the original cam pully and set up abit engine initial,fuh after that become power like hks hi cam,that all i have seem before,but is who i lazy tell already....

I suppose they are sharing the same power source and earth for the aircon and cd-player.
Try check your wiring again.

agree wif wat ftz said, check ur ground cable, ur power cable & all RCA connections whether loose or not. btw by any chance ur amp & battery close to each other?

bro, maybe your speaker has been touching with body..me last time my speaker touch body without rubber cause the aeroplane sound..
Just my 2 cent..hehe.

welcome to the club oye! im also new to 4g93t, but the side-mount intercooler is sufficient for std setup and make sure it receive air flow from the front. the symptom of not getting 'cooled' air is engine knocking when boosting. any bigger intercooler will increase turbo lag de. let see wat others sifu says.. enjoy yer ride, bro!

Thanks for the reply. Just recently changed to a 2nd hand vr4 intercooler, with all the metal piping. So far so good.

I also noticed that the mechanic also changed the blow off valve, if i'm not mistaken it is an hks sqv, atmospheric type. After a few runs, the engine stalled if i let go off the gas at the same time pressing the clutch after boost while decelerating. The rev dropped so low below 500 rpm, to a point it stalled. I am not sure whether the bov could be the cause. The engine was fine before I changed all the intake piping, bov and intercooler.

Is there anyway that I can solve this stalling problem?
Do I have to change the bov to other type and brand?
Or should i put back the original valve?

well are you using replica HKS SSQV BOV?
it might be the BOV leaking bro..
coz replica lifespan not really good if always high boost bro
