went to G1sprayworks at Jalan Ayer Hitam, Sg Merab (coordinate: 2.964797,101.733701)
ask the towkey (Naza 012.240.5055), about widebody work using metal sheet.
he quoted:
1. around RM1.5k for workmanship on all 4 fender arches (plus arch work on rear door, rear bumper, front bumper).
2. around RM1.6k for spray work on all sides of body (except bonnet, roof and boot).
3. time wise - max 10days for bodywork and 7days for spray.
4. have to make appointment.

if that so, better ask to spray whole car.
he only spray the sides for widebody job, as sometimes the color is still ok.

i ask for a special color he quoted me rm2.2k for exterior only.
for normal 2k color u have to ask him la.
