for what u want(FC,Maintenance), i think EG6/9 would be the best compare to those u listed.Although i do not know the specific FC of eg but among those up there, i believe EG has the best FC and aftermarket parts also quite good..
or you can consider corolla blacktop and satria/putra/wira..

which design u prefer?
got future plans to drift?
town driving or just city driving?
all the ones u mentiong the price range plus minus about 10k right?
if got plans for drifting then pick either a bm or cefiro lo.
if u drive alot on highways better get a car which is heavier.like bm or cefiro.
maintenance all about the same la.higher if u go drifting.
if town driving go for local made cars with the modded engine or the toyota and honda.
