confused n realli need some help here bout how to diff btw ek4 n ek3 by the way of their codes?
engine type?
displacement?
vtec or non-vtec?

stock ek4 b16a, 1.6 dohc vtec, got rear wiper, codename VTi....stock ek3 d15b, 1.5 sohc vtec (codename Vi) or non-vtec (codename Mi) , multimatic gear....

rear wiper is optional as well as the spoiler n sunroof.
one thing that is mandatory is the engine must be b16a. look at the registration card. 1st engine shud be b16a. not b18c or b16b.... hehe

For body parts, it has only 2 types, facelift (which here call 99 spec) and non facelift. EK2,3,4,5,8,9 all same.

ViRS just a special model with extra interior design and decal like haltechv said. Bodykits all same.

you are right, 4drs EK4 also regarded as SiR in some other asian countries and european countries, but 4drs EK4 in japan is Si and 2drs is SiR.

correct me if i'm wrong, but does the EK4 comes with B16 that produces 170ps? i almost brought this car back. i got the specs somewhere but, can't seem to find it in my pc.
