Tires front and rear different size

Can but not recommended coz the difference in diameter is quite a lot (about 2cm), so your car front will be a bit lower. Why you want to use such different sizes?

Well I wanted to raise from 40 to 45 but my budget is tight. 2pcs at front just replace last year, 2pcs has been 5 years old. Btw I use adjustable suspension. thinking to adjust height same as current setup if I change the 205 45 R17. But not sure what would happen.

It’s terrible for you, because FWD understeers already. Wider rear tires just makes it even worse. Plus different sizes just gonna mess up the balance of the car.

what is your goal? Looks? Then do whatever you want.

The goal is to change both tyres to 45 but due to tight budget I'll take 2 first.. also I worried about esc or speed sensor get damage

If just to use temporary, then can. I have used 205/50R16 front and 215/45R17 rear, when in transition from 16" to 17" rims........lol

I dont think the sensors will get damage as they are designed to just measure and feedback data. If it detects any abnormality it will show up as error (warning light) but this does not mean the sensor got damage.

I don't think they will be damaged but the ESC behaviour might be a bit different if provoked, not sure.

why not getting a normal tyre like Achilles or Hankook... so that you can same size...

Achilles I don't think suitable for me caused I'm kinda wild driver. Hankook v2 already try long last but does not grip much.. right now I'm using mc6. I like it. Perf/touring quite balance.. price too..

Hankook V2 mid range only, need V12Evo2 above.....
MC6 now in UHP category, but entry UHP

Yup in my opinion.. entry level is enough for daily driving..good traction.. or maybe can put different type like ps4 at front, mc6 or ecopia for better. Just opinion

Achilles ATR sport it not that bad. Experienced it on a Suprima before, i believe its HP category.

MC6 and Ecopia are tayar pergi pasar compared to PS4 and ATR Sport. Not saying its bad but its well below Achilles ATR sport.

I would go for VR2 suggestion by going for all new alternative brand of HP tires.

MC6 should be better than ATR Sport, not below ATR Sport.

Ecopia is entry level... how can compare to PS4? Surely you can get all Ecopia the same size... with just the price of 2 pcs of PS4
