Im currently using 205/45 tire, with 30psi for front tire and 28psi for the rear.
But, many ppl gave different recommendation for my tire size, some said 32psi for front and 30 for rear.

Any tire expert here to give some advise on ideal psi for my tire?

Why don't you just buy a proper tyre-pressure gauge ? They are not expensive and in my opinion far superior than all these fancy color coded tyre pressure caps. Anything that does not tell you the pressure on a needle & dial leaves too much room for guesswork. You can be out by 1 psi and not even know it.

I'm using Intercomp :-

By the way, you should also avoid all those pen pressure gauge (the ones that read the pressure on a sliding ruler). In my experience most of those are way, way out with their readings. Surprisingly my tyre mechanic swears by these pen gauges. I told him they are crap but he was being hardheaded so I let him be.

When my Intercomp reads 29 psi on my tyres, those pen gauge read 33 psi....so in all likelihood these guys have been underinflating their customer's tyres all this time and customers are generally so unassuming that they trust everything their mechanic say.
