Hey you know, I had the same idea. But I was thinking of using a steel box and to make the sound, I would catch those mat rempits, cut out their cocks, flatten and dry it out in the sun. When it becomes hard, use the same system as this product but the cards replaced with the flat, dry cock from those mat rempits.
