I would advise you to consider carefully b4 deciding on a Blitz supercharger for yr car..a turbo charger would be a better and cheaper way if you have more or less made up yr mind...

1 thing have to tell u..if altezza semi-auto with turbo will slip o when achieve certain number of hp..ISIT ?
Does it have any source to solve the auto gearbox slip ?

Basically to a firmer point before we can really tell is the base of your car, many things will come to a link negatively or positively.

e.g.
1. Auto or Manual Car you had?
2. What is the HP you are chasing for?
3. What is your ideal budget?

Meawhile there is some differences between supercharge and turbo charge:-

General fact
Turbo
- Right! Easier to maintain but if Auto then might be hectic as you can max boost up to 0.7 bar
- Simpler installation but if the turbo charge fail you then you start to keep a Toll Truck no. because your car will not move at all
- Estimate price around RM 8K - 15K depending on which turbo sets

Supercharge
- Deff expensive! I heard it is good for AUTO car too.
- Not really that hectic to maintain; depending on how you drive and take care of your rides'
- If the supercharge fails you, you still able to run on stock.
- Estimate price RM 12K - 20K depending also on which set you are looking for.

Remarks:-
Be careful on which sets of (Turbocharge/Supercharge) you install as OUR Altezza is Dual VVTI and is a little too Japanese Masterpiece Version and a lots of workshop can't handle it properly. But LUCKILY we have WILLIAM SAN to help us on this.


P.s - Should ask WILLIAM for advertising charges already.. ha

bro WLA3366..is it TD04 better for altezza ? Coz last time i ask the mechanic here it said pasang TD04 for altezza.( The mechanic choose de la )..
I oso got sit the turbo altezza which the mechanic had pasang turbo in it..the gearbox slip..This is the only problem that we had with auto gearbox..SIENZ..

Bro Bluetezza...the max u can boost a 5A/T Altezza is 0.7psi. If you keep the boost below this level..and change yr ATF at 5K km interval ..u should not have any gearbox slip. But the power gain will be just around 30-40HP only. So for the price u pay for the turbo (12K) the gain is not that interesting lah. That is why I decided to keep my car NA... if want more power i will sell and go for the EVO..hehehe..come stock with turbo...

There is anothers way too, e.g. - Change engine or change car lor... haha...

BUT this also depend on the individual driver preference. To me I will go for Supercharge as this is safer and I like my dual VVTi engine too... Not to fast and comfort as like the look of ALTEZZA, Oh.. I m getting old already...

Meanwhile some like the look but not the engine and some like to test on the car only...

Greytezza : I will wait for your SUPER NA ALTEZZA; stage 3 and top torque

Remarks:
Anyone will go for full trottle conversion? This is also another type of modifications. But very petrol consumming........

Haha Ivan bro, still young lah. Old go for merc ;). Yeah, i'll support you on going supercharger instead of turbo. Lots of people who put turbo in their Autos end up buying another gearbox or engine. So, like you said, superchargers are recommended for Autos. xD

But for our Altezza, Super NA quite hard lah.. Manual easier.. haha..

So by JULY my car will be sprayed and mod... hehe... can't wait for this day...
