Super-Charge

The SC kit is 5,500 with the e-manage piggy back. But it is strongly recommended to use the Obit piggy back and the cost would be 6,000. The SC kit comprises of the SC, injector, manifold, piggyback, belt, pulley and all the necessary brackets.

The 1.5 engine would be out shortly. Hopefully by end of the year or early next year. It is in the testing phase. All testing need to be thorough in order to fully test thre realiability of the SC kit. Please be a little more patient because they would want to provide the customer with the best performance and relability as possible.
 
i am currently using exhaust piping 2", do i have to change it? what other requirement that need to be meet before i can do the conversion?

do i have to use open pod air filter too? or fuel ragulator?

Well 2inch piping is fine but you might experenice some choking at higher revs. It is recommended to change to at least 2 1/2 inch piping but it all depends on your budget as well.

You do not really have to use an open pod filter or a fuel regulator. It is your personal preference.

I think you are ready for your conversion.

Hows the package for 4G91?

Prefer if u can list down the details of exchange parts & parts will be provided from u.

1) What kind of inlet manifold u giving? custom?
2) Injector exchange?
3) Parts that will be in warranty?
4) Advise on any part to be upgrade, like plug, plug cables, fuel rail, fuel pumps etc...

Hello sifu. Sorry wasn't hanging in this thread for a while. Cancelled my project to SC my MIvec. Stupid mechanic. Asked for RM 10,00.00. He think i'm a stupid ass**** (censored, hehehehe) fella. Luckily I was not ripped off.

I heard you had done sc/tc on BMW. Is it true? If yes what model was it? I got 318 4 port and 325 6 port in hand. Would love to go force induction if the cost justifies the power gain. PM me will you. Thanks.

Yup, that amount is abit too expensive but heym he may be using some very up to date tuning gizmo or gadgets or a different set-up thus the high price for this installation....Just my opinion...

WEll Stage 2 is about to be launch anytime now. Well I can tell you that it is definitly above 210bhp. And Torque is even more amazing.

So stay tuned and Gerard will be giving the official figures soon.
 
if i transplant 4g93T then wna take out the turbo & put supercharge, can b done a not????????

Can I suggest this when you launched Stage 2??

Have a discusion/get together session at your workshop in Sg Buloh with your Stage 2 GTI as a discussion piece and for test drive around in Bukit Rahman Putra.

At the same time can have some simple drinks & makan. Some cold canned drinks and sandwiches will do.

The best day would be on a Saturday around lunch time.

I am sure most of the forummers will agree to this suggestion.

how many horse power would i get?
now i probably got 115hp on wheel...
can the internal and block of 4g91 take much pressure...lets say 0.5bar...

actually i was opting for turbo charge...so i would like to compare n then c which is better...

i'm really interested in your SC, but my gti is using siemens ecu. when can the sc for that ecu comming out? how many % still doing on it?
