Sub without an amp.

HI guys ..i have a kdc mp239 kenwood HU ..using stock front speakers and a sub at the back.

I am currently installing a 6" inch speaker in the door panel of the wira....and i was wondering whether my sub 6" is able to be powered up when i later installed a pair of 6x9 later ...
u see i am currently using a subwoofer at the back to compensate the 6 x9 at the back..

my question is can i do that attaching a sub without an amp

Probably not. The power output from a HU is at best 15w and that's no where near enough power for a sub
