There’s no official word yet on the powerplant that will have to pump out in excess of the 1,183hp the current Ultimate Aero TT has but short of a nuclear reactor, SSC would probably find a way.
Penned by Jason Castriota of the Bertone Mantide fame, the Ultimate Aero will have to tighten its aerodynamic package as well as kick up the power output.

Slated for unveiling on 8 August, the venue picked by SSC fits the occasion like a well machined sleeve- Boeing’s Museum of Flight. Perhaps it’s a not-so-subtle hint of things to come for the next generation Ultimate Aero.
