the colour is eletrcic blue wave. with sti spoiler but using normal Du Pont paint and finishing..so, it wasn't nice as if compare to sti original..:)

nope! i'm not duplicate everything.
future plan is to swap in GSR tiptronic.
or Evo5 RS.
then can put in 17" alloy wheels. :)

you mean the GSR tiptronic from FTO?

I'm riding a humble '97 Hyundai Coupe.

nop! FTO use v6 MIVEC tiptronic. the engine is too heavy.
i plan for GSR evo 5 tiptronic, twinblade TD04L.
halfcut around rm6-7k
another option, evo4 RS onwards.
your coupe has the same engine as mine.onli that mine is 1.6 Beta.
i've check the mounting with GSR-evo, its the same...if lucky, we could use the absorber set,steering rack, brake system and most of it a plug and play.

I thought we need to mod the engine mountings if we were to put in GSR Evo engine?
One of the Coupe owner in the forum changed to GSR Evo but he did mod the engine mountings.
Mind if I ask what's the difference between RS and GSR?

if you join hyundai forums worldwide, they had mention that the bracket position is same but engine mounting need to change to fit the engine with better position and avoid vibration.(this is synonimous with other engine conversion as well).

RS is a 2.0liter Evo while GSR is 1.8liter inside lancer body. in japan, GSR was fit in wagon.
RS has max HP of 280
GSR only 220/240 HP depends on turbo

your coupe can insert Evo 4 onwards.
