first of all,i dont know if its appropriate for me to post this thread here.moderator please feel free to move this thread if it is.

im actually looking for a particular number plate.JAM 35,to be exact.its an old plate,i know.does anyone know who holds this plate,or where it is? also,are there any procedures i need to be aware of?(go jpj check,like that)

feedback will be appreciated.

u should go to jpj and ask for the owner's detail and go ask from the owner to sell it to u...that will be more efficient as the owner might not be the forummer in here...

I guess that JPJ won't I've out details just like that to random people.. If u have connections in there y not..

see thats what i thought!im quite sure jpj wont simply give out details like address and phone number to strangers like me.but ill give it a try though.thanks!=)

get a runner to do it, just go to any jpj, seek runners who hangout there to help..pay a small fee, u will get yr info...

Just go to jpj.gov.my the on the bottom part theres a link for scenario nombor2 pndaftaran terkini.. There's a list for whole Malaysia. Also I'd u click on the calendar ( bottom right ) there's a schedule for soon to release and to be release..

evolutionz:ill do that.=) another question.if jpj already tarik a particular car and keep in their compound,is it possible for me to buy the car,or at least the number plate?reason behind this,i saw quite a few nice cars with nice number plates compounded at pasir gudang jpj when i was registering my car there a few months ago.there was a nice look r32 gtr too!do they just let those cars rot there,or are they auctioned off?i was told that those cars were found with illegal modifications done to them,hence why they kena tarik.maybe if i can bring it back to stock condition?or to use as track car,perhaps?
