Acrylic Lacquer over Aerosol Lacquer

Guys , help me out , Can I spray Acrylic Lacquer over an aerosol coating ?..For instance , I painted the bodykit with aerosol lacquer black in colour , then could I use an acrylic lacquer ( clear coat ) to spray over...
