Dear Sifu',

I've been searching trough ZTH regarding modification of Brake system for Satria Neo, but did not seems tp find any.

Appreciate if ZTH members could advice on place/workshop that can perform upgrade/modification to change original single pot original brake Disc + Calipper to Twin Pot Evo3 Disc + Calipper.

At this moment, I'd already have in keeping that twin pot. The only pending items is finding suitable place to execute the modification process.

Thanks.

i think u also need to get the evo3 lower arm so that you'll be able pnp it. if not, some modification need to be done. and remember your car wheelbase dimensions will increase a bit so your front wheel will offset bit forward due to the evo 3 lower arm. a full u-turn steering might cause ur wheel hit the fender. this is my experience to my ride installing the twin pot on campro. please do correct if i'm wrong...:adore:

what type of brake pad are you trying to get later?

Thanks for that info bro.

Current info that I got, we need to fabricate the bracket to mount twin pot calipper. Disc can be attached existing knuckle.

I'm trying not to get major modification (changing lower arm) so that original handling will not be affected.

Haven't decide yet for any performance brake pad for use later on. At this moment, I'll be using stock brake pad which available with that twin pot.

Upon complete installation, should I find out that the stock pad is not to my preference, I'll change it. Do u have any suggestion for touge use twin pot brake pad? Thanks.

evo lower arm is solid metal rather than proton oem which is hollow. changing lower arm is pnp, no need any modification. plus u also can install evo's anti rollbar coz the arb mount on the lower arm, if u afraid about handling la. so far right now handling is still the same even i already change to evo3 lower arm(without arb). if the bracket modification cost more than rm300 then i recommend u should just install the evo3 lower arm.

right now i just change to rapidstop 800 degree pad, but it create heavy dust. maybe its normal on performance pad. good braking power but has a screech sound. still searching what is the best solution yet.

not sure if can use evo3 front lower arm in neo because neo mounting point is totally different, the evo3 look similar to the one in waja , gen2, persona & wira
