After PS3 prices drop a bit and RE003 seems to increase the gap is less, at least up to sizes 17' which I was checking about 9-10 mths ago but still if multiplied by 4 tires then comes up to a few hundred RM.
T1 Sport is also not cheap, almost premium pricing too since made in Japan.

Yup, recently PS3 drop price. Like my 215/45R17 used to be RM530, 6 months ago 460, now I think 430 only....:driver:

Yup, plus I listen to loud heavy metal music so noise is not a big issue for me!

I think if you try on my friend's 320i, I think you will feel that the noise is quite bad since around speed 80kmh, the noise is quite apparent already. Considering the fact that the car is a new car, I think such noise is not so acceptable for him.

Why does it drop so rapidly? Due to PS4 coming out soon?

Just asking, at a budget Rm500 - Rm600 what are the recommended brand available for size 225/45/18? Is there any size 235/45/18 available in market? Thanks and cheers...

Oh, din't know PS2 is still on market. Never seen before any cars on PS2.

PS2 start at 17" but now according to Michelin website is 255 width, so basically their sizes starts at 18", so to see what cars have them will be those sports cars and being premium prices will be mostly on those expensive cars.....:burnout:

Oh, I see now. Not a lot of cars running at 255 width. Wide Michelins that I have seen before are only PS3, Pilot Super Sports and Pilot Sport Cup.

PS3 was never a replacement for PS2 which was first thought because of the model number, however later it was the PSS that was the one to replace PS2....:driver:

I see. Then perhaps for PS4, we can't really say the same?

I think there is one more Michelin with the name 2 on it. Is it PP2? What category is that on?

PP2 was the Pilot Preceda Model. They had PP, then PP2. Some say PS3 more to replace PP2, however PS4 seems to have great improvement.
They have XM2, PSC2 (Pilot Sports Cup 2) also.

I heard PP2 is available in smaller size previously. Now smaller sizes like 14" only got XM2... :banghead:

Is PS4 available on retail yet?
