Really need help - Nissan Terrano

It was ok until the last few days.

Whenever I start my engine, there's a sound like metal's rattling/shaking..But if I swith on the air-cond, the sound dissapear.

I've tried to listen from where the sound comes from, and perhaps it is from the aircond fan.

Please help me on this. I dont really know what the problem is. Please tell me how to fix it.
