Greddy did produce the adapter and it is quite costly
there is an alternative
you can go to USJ - Nasty Port Flow i think....
bring the head with the Itb and ask them to custom a plate to match it
while doing so
you can ask them to do the porting n polishing jobs...
one shot to finish the job
