Can anyone help me on picking a good racing clutch ?

What is a good recommendation and how much ?
Because is there such a racing clutch which cost like 2+++ dollars ?

Yes. Good racing clutch would cost more. O.S Giken, Ogura, Exedy, ACT and etc. All these r well known brand for the their superb quality. U pay 4 what u get. Happy hunting.

What r the diffrences ? THere is liek so many types
For example from Exedy there are several types how to know which is better ?

If rating from price range from below 1K what type can i get ?
1 ~ 2K what can get and 2K and above ?

I tried searching on the web for comparison between types dont have .

Comparing type not brand which is good ?

0-0.5k - oem brand new clutch
0.8-1k - exedy 3 puck semi race
1-2k - exedy 3 puck full race or super single second hand
2-3k - brand new super single (ogura)
3-4k - brand new super single OS.

Be warned though, racing clutch wears pretty quickly if you go half clutch like in daily driving..

So you are saying usually clutch r in 3 puck instead of 4 ....
there is this one guy i think from KL i dont know which workshop
they are selling so call 4 pucks Racing clutch ..... So i am so curious myself thats y started to dig information and ask you guys ..

last time i'm using os second hand can long last for 6 month n still can use when i took it out...

Haha.. my one stock oso less than a year.. (O_O)..

big mileage.. :P

but seriously, one other fella here using T2SA oso don't see much wear... but maybe it's the style of driving I think.. half clutch kills it faster.

i dont know whether i need it or not but my mechanic is just recommending so i just looking around . as my car its in the workshop and being fix on some mounting and bracket problem .

prolly u can go w semi-race clutches..lighter n longer lasting...my EXEDY cost me ard RM850 per set.....so far so good...unless ur running >200ps atw n u lenjan ur car everyday thn dis option won work 4 u ler.........
