Here is how we normally refer them as :-Canards = plates installed at the side of the bumpers to increase the downforceLips = Bumper Add-on pieces which come in all shapes, bolted on directly to the bumper, 1 complete piece which normally covers the bottom part of the bumper. If the add-on pieces are seperated into 2 or more pieces, they are then considered as Splitters. Front Lips normally flows with the lines of the bumpers, giving the car a much lower & fiercer stance.Splitters = Other than seperated add-ons, those flat pieces under the lips or bumpers are also considered splitters.
