Need Original Absorber

hello...anyone here have original fd absorber(inc. spring)...want to sell..pm me

one more issue..recently i replaced my engine (halfcut condition) but the problem is...the engine overheat due to water leak at the replacement tank (plastic one)....leak at the joint.. i've tape the joint using double-sided tape....dont know how long it will stand ...so scary to drive...

and can i joint the RE monthly meeting scheduled this thursday 27 Oct....since i;m not a member of RE club....

OMG not another mechanic F***UP

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR IN THIS CONDITION - YOU WILL DEFINITELY OVERHEAT THE "NEW" MOTOR.

You see this is what I really hate about "mechanics" who fix rotaries - they put in a "workable" engine and don't do the basics to ensure trouble-free motoring for the owner who just spent $$$ at their shop - as a professional this is 100% negligence of the workshop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES you can most certainly come to our meeting this Thursday - I will be finalising the location very soon. Don't drive yr car in this condition to the meeting - get it fixed first or drive another car. PLEASE.

I have a spare set of oem / original springs & upper rubber mounting in excellent condition (excl. absorbers) if you're interested?

ok..thanks for the reply 13btt...i will try to fixed the engine to avoid any further damage. Currently i'm using HKS hyper absorber (adjustable). Can this absorber be fixed. I dont have the original absorber...if i buy ur oem/original spring dont know how to fix it to my car...

I think they can be fixed / serviced but they won't be using back hks parts. Can ask around where to take them.

You will definitely need the oem absorbers to fit my oem springs. Ah Choi should be able to help you out here?

u can change ur spare tank to the fully alluminum type which costs u only 250 RM.....

dont even start ur with the mentiond condition .....

thanks 13btt n master7 for the advice and concern..anyway the problem has been resolved.....went back to the mechanic and stay for almost one whole day to rectify..and put additional coolant..everything is ok...

now i can feel the power......managed to outpace evo8 on the highway..feel so good...hope can meet you guys someday...
