Maybe cars that run on crank angle sensor that are tuned on MT/LT-4 have the option to do ignition timing as i have tried it on my civic-r turbo. You can ask around if your car runs on distributor and can lt/mt-4 do the ignition timing.

it is an optional ingition output pin, not in a std module. special for distributor type cars.
