hi all..
im newbie here and maybe all of u can giv me a help to maintain a car
what are the major services that include
1) engine oil and oil filter (around 8000km)
2) radiator service?-what are the services include
3) power steering?
4) brake pads,disc,rotor?
5) timing belt?
6) gear oil?
7) clucth

or maybe i havent state other major parts that include in servicing
plzz giv me a help on how and when i must do the services..

1) engine oil and oil filter (around 8000km) depends on what kind of engine oil you use
thumb of rule change mineral 5000, semi 7500, fully 10000

2) radiator service?-what are the services include.
change the fluid when is needed

3) power steering?
every 50,000km

4) brake pads,disc,rotor?
depends on how hard u hit them

5) timing belt? also the bearing and seals
60-80,000km will be good enough

6) gear oil?
For auto 30-40,000
for manual, depends on driving mood

7) clucth seldom change periodically if its ok

you miss out

8) plugs
dependes on type too generally is copper type, platinum type and iridium type
even though the plati and iri can last for long time, but please do open up and check for faulty sign every 20,000km

9)air filter

10)brake fluid

11) exhaust system

12)tyres

13) suspension (spring & shocks) and it maintenancee such as alignments

I thinks that cover most part .. anything more... please add ..

add 1 more thing, if u dun wanna suffer from heat, just service ur air-cond as well or change the air-cond filter for more cleaner air....
