MadMods: The Altis

I'm thinking to getting an Altis and thinking of doing some serious mods to it. Looking at two stages:
1) engine & performance
2) Aesthetics/bodykits
First to go will be the auto tranny as I'm more of a manual person and the 6 speeders from the celica looks tasty.

Appreciate your kindest feedback on getting the ride the rush.

Your altis looks beauty when's original. no need to mod it.

Actually am looking to upgrade the body kits a bit to project a sportier look. Not to the extent of the outrageous sci-fi/vulcan-like that u see on the roads.

More would go into performance I should say. The curent lump is..well adequate but not up to a performance level especially when mated to the auto tranny. I am perhaps looking at the 1.8 VVTI-L Celica engine + 6 speed, standalone ECU and the works..

Any mad scientists out there can help?
