What is tyre flex?

After changing to these new tyres Yokohama Cdrive2 195/55/15 and adjustables, I've been experiencing something I've never come across before. I can't figure out if it's tyre flexing or the antiroll bar is not stiff...

Engine oil pressure

bros, may you all help to have a look at your engine oil pressure (refer pic). where the needle is during normal driving, highway and resting in front of traffic light.
eg. driving 3/4 , highway 3/4 , rest at traffic...
