IT Technical Support
- To provide 2nd level support to end-users for IT infrastructure such as hardware, software, printers and network.
- To manage corporate network infrastructure, windows server, including active directory.
- To monitor and log service tickets on the ticketing system.
- To update IT operations / technical / asset / user documentation for the organization.
- To perform weekly and monthly backup.
- To liaise with vendors and office management on any implementation / software / hardware / purchase.
- Able to work independently.
- 1-2 years experience in IT technical support.
- Possess own transport.
- To be based at Shah Alam, Selangor.
