Job Responsibilities
Deskside Services:
• 1st level support for in troubleshooting of Laptop, PC
• To provide touch point assistance for Printer, Scanner & Phone
Asset Management Services:
• To perform request for IMAC.
• Updating main inventory for asset changes.
Deployment Services:
• Assist in new PC deployment inclusive of installation of application &
related software.
Patches Management Services:
• To perform install updated patches.
Disposal Management Services
• To remove the hard drive of decommission machine.
Reporting Management Services
• To generate report as required.
Licensing Management Services
• To assist in removal of unwarranted application & software.
Job Requirements
Onsite Deskside Engineers
Minimum 6 month to 2 years of experience in IT Support or Support Centre Environment.
Fresh graduate will be consider
Team Lead
> 2 years in IT support and leading role in a technical helpdesk or IT Support Environment
Operations: Mondays to Fridays
Onsite Operations Coverage ( 7am – 11.30pm)
Shift Rotations (8 hours per day)
7am - 4pm
8am - 5pm
4pm - 12am
11am - 8pm
