The best bet would be 530 x 230 x 76 or 560 x 200 x 90....shouldnt be much of a problem with the clearance.....call us to view both the sizes....

No carent....u cant do that....both serves different function ler........but in some ways, maybe u can....hehhehe...........well dont le waste your money man.......go get a turbo kit done for your car......it's pretty easy job to turcharged the 1.8 ler.....then come look for me ok......

i would assume that u're runnin low boost with the bolt on, maybe at about 0.5 bar, the 600 x 300 x 76 would be a bit on the large side.....maybe u should look at the 560 x 200 x 90....it should be a better size for u........thanks

I have a weird setup and requires 2 x 16" width cores.

Can you remove my current intercooler and copy according to the dimensions of the end tank positions and foot pins?

I want and intercooler that looks exactly like this. Core size is 600mm width and height is 440mm. But it flows from bottom to top. Means using the 600mm side.

This is for Volvo S40 T4.

I cant custom make the intercoolers actually...they all come pre fabricated with the given sizes....i'm so sorry about that....however, why not try something different by mounting other sizes....i'm sure it should fit nicely......just give me a ring and come and view them....thanks man
