How to setting natural mode back..

i dont where to put this thread but i need help abt ma car..last week ma car was smash by thief & stole ma Apexi Neo & Sparco stering wheel..huhu

here the problem..
when ma car hit RPM 4 ma car was like there have a speed off..so how make it natural back..any sifu help me..

If your AFC was stolen, u need to rewire the air-flow wires to-and-from the ECU. That's all.
