How to counter effect of AWD understeer and RWD oversteer

when i just started driving 4wd,....felt like te rear tyre pushing te car while turning 90 degree.....n....can tekan minyak also....really confident...thats y masuk longkang 1 time....until now stil got phobia while cornering.....:afraid:
 
err... off topic abit. To counter understeer in FF, by increasing a higher spring rate at back? 6kg front, 7kg rear.
 
a proper setup 4WD can turn like a FR, 4WD grip, accelerate out corner like a FF.

Coming into turn, the best would be low moment-of-inertia..(mid engine)
During cornering, is all about weight distribution..(50-50%)
And out of corner..4WD grip!

None for FF..except low cost..best 3 box package..

softer spring rate, shock rate or sway bar rate in FRONT promote front grip..
stiffer spring rate, shock rate or sway bar rate in REAR reduce rear grip...

both reduce understeer..but one better than another..
but only until certain point...
