Are we able to get the Honda Geniune Spare Part ID which label in front in the box or plastic wherever we bought from Honda Service centre? Are the Honda Spare Part ID is the same regardless in which country? Thanks for advice!

They should be the same depending on the variants of spec for your car.
The only way to look for spare part ID is through US honda websites, and they have so many variants. So it depends on what model of Honda you are driving. I have used so many spare part ID, and so far they are the same.
