I don't agree they should be paid coz the indians, chinese and whoever all started on equal grounds (and without "special" rights) and look where some cultures had progressed ... They should blame their ownselves and the leaders they voted for who are more keen on putting tolls bridges, lining their already HUGE pockets, and planting fake hair on his head, then fighting for the rights for his people ...</blockquote>
