hi to all members..:itsme:just wanna to get some advice to upgrade my putra..
i have read the forum about matspeed highcam but anyone has experience using powerzone product???:confused: and advice to upgrade my stock putra engine...tq:adore:
 
just go to powerzone and let them 'racun' u hehehe.... btw i'm using their part...and i'm satisfied with their product..their product more toward street tune car...not a race car
 
are u using 4g93 too?? what upgrade do u make to ur car? and what the cost?

yup i'm using 4g93....im using pz product such as cam,extractor and pnp head...cost around 4k for those 3 parts..that was 3years back..current cost i dunno
 
hello to all.... my friend driving putra ori with manual gear... but he modified the throttle body with bigger size and open pot air flow.... maybe u can do the modified at the throttle body 1st and ur exhuat pipe.... is my suggestion and wat i look and tested the car... very good respon la try try....

why wanna get powerzone stuff? rojak with mivec head laa....then from there build your car..can mix with GSR parts also what...
 
hai bro!! i am using matspeed high cams!!! 288/288.i love the cams it made so much diff!!!!! but before using cams there few thing u need to do!!!! than u can feel the diff!!!!!!!!!try looking for this thread 1.8putra by me there afew good tips there!!!!:burnout::burnout:

288/288 got any prob during idling or not? btw how much whp extracted from 288/288 cam...
how about jun 303..anyone using it? any feedback?

if wanna use for daily use, I recommend kelford cam.. good enough for daily use.. normal idling.

second choice mat speed 288/288 or 288/300,

and the rest

Jun 303 or RPW 316... it require extra kebabs.. need suitable piston to support the cam 11lift..

But you're still talking about idling here..so forget about Jun, Crower, RPW and all high lift..

Powerzone Cam.. is there a shop name powerzone ahh??:biggrin:

-adjustable campulley

-highcam

your option 2 still requires -adjustable campulley
just change ur cams....all the minor things in option 1 can be changed later
 
pipercam also can..it is newly design n the idling also cun cun...pair with adjustable cam pulley..

if i put pipercam with campulley adjustable, do i have to install adjst fuel regulator?
does the piper cam suitable for Wira SE, VDO Siemens?:hmmmm:

if u got the budget,then go for option 1 & 2 would be the best...but if u not enuff butdget then go for option 1 lah,coz it's consider as basic mod for the next level,if can port and polish ur head as well for better response.with completing option 1 u will feel the different especially with the exedy 3 puck racing clutch.:biggrin:

juz wanna ask all sifu what the cam degree to get normal idling?
since there are so many different degree for the cam...
i prefer for get the cam with nornal idling...thankz:adore:
