help needed for seting of tps at tb..

Hi,,,, i think i have touch the tps at my tb so now i am having problem at my low rev it feels like got cut system... my question is how do i set this device... manualy or there a tool or what...

or if u hv afc neo, u can calibrate the tps urself
i dun no about safc or safc2
