help needed for my engine, battery, alternator.

yeh guys, as the topic says :

i need help on this. im driving a 1.0 daihatsu espri, (g202 izit? smiley model, help me on this one).

recently : , the car vibrates badly, carburetor tuning ok,
but when on headlights, the car vibrates,
when on aircond, it vibrates more,
when brake (usin' lights too rite), it vibrates even more"!!

i did these :

service starter
service alternator
service carburetor
changed battery
bought grounding wires


but all this didnt help....
any advice?? my left mounting;s bad, gonna change.
but i suspect its gotta do with the electric current... its like the alternator not producing enough charge.

i took off the battery terminal when the engine is on, then when i on the headlights, the car died off instantly.

ur distributor ok? your plug cables ok? are u using the right plugs?? wats ur idling, at which rpm?

im jz 17.. never learnt much bout carb yet.
btw, wanna ask u, a pro told me this :

take off ur espri 1.0 carb, bottom got one black-carbon looking tapak, flip it over, and put the carb back. ur car'll fly.
is this true?

i still cant find solution to my prob.. car vibrate badly. my left engine mounting rubber is bad, this prob got interfere with the car vibration when aircon n headlights r on?

to ensure your alternator is working properly or not, try call your mechanic to test it using ampere meter la(mostly all mechanic have 1)if no problem just check the rest such as timing,tuning,distributor or other relevant stuff

I think this means your alternator is not charging. As mentioned above, bring your car to a worshop and make them test the voltages from your alternator & battery. Actually they should have done all of that when you serviced the items.

It's most probably your alternator. It aint charging. It's best you do the ampere or voltage test watever the mechs call it. Better change the alternator b4 kong. Or you will be wasting alot of money on towing charges if it dies on you.

cid .. how old is ur daihatsu espri ..? do u have money to buy a new car after selling this car?
if u car reli old i think u spend ur money buy a small new car better .. i had one old car also, aircond always problem .. until sien ady.. its a daihatsu charade, 16 year old ady :tongue: now that car can still drive, but got white smoke if i rev alot while driving .. n aircond hav to add gas always.. .so mafan...
if u got money, get new car if can... good luck.,.

no money change car la, 1997 daihatsu espri.
alternator no prob, check d.
i added a denso load sensor to my car, but still no use.
gotta change left n right mounting, left mounting cracked.

Hi, I suggest u change your engine mountings, the ones which needs changing. Then get your car's wiring checked out by a qualified wireman or your mechanic. R u using anything in your car that is draining a lot of power from your engine?

For example, your sound system; are u runnning Subwoofers, etc., or light emitting accessories in your car e.g. bigger n brighter room lights, etc.
Yah, try getting yourself a voltage stabilizer (e.g. Pivot Raizin voltage stabilizer, should help)
