[Help Needed] Cutting Bumper

Would like to know if there's any workshop out there that can do a good job cutting bumpers? I recently change the bodykit and found out that certain parts were supposed to have holes and nettings are actually sealed. thanks in advance ya. :)

diy also can...just get a good cutter rm30 yellow ones sold at tesco.

any painter or car bodywork can do it...DIY also can if u get the tools...
