bro i had this problem but not as bad as urs, only during heavy usage like climbing genting will get this problem..

But now wat my mechanic he have done:

Tighten the torque, instead of using normal pipe water he flushed the radiator with 100 plus drink and now using only battery water for the radiator. Works fine.

No more overheating problem.

bro, since mine is a 10 year old car already, the radiator water starts to rust ( by using normal pipe water) so by using battery water it does not rust anymore.

this mechanic is in cheras behind phoenix plaza. Very good in doing honda cars. Use to send the car to kah motor , one useless place to send !!

Hope it helps u as well...
