Help! Cannot retrieve password

Dear Tom and admins,

Tried logging in into ZTH with my old nick but to no avail. Tried all the methods you have mentioned earlier and even as a last resort, I tried the “forgotten password” method and entered my e-mail address and it states that there is no such e-mail address registered.

Can help? My previous nick was Hamsap

buddie, i think u need to reset ure password, after ure failed login attempt, u will see click here to reset password? .. click there and check ure mailbox for login.

ZTH will supply a link to reset ure password via email .. click it and a new password will be mailed to you. Use the new password to login and change ure password t UserCP.

Yes, done that. It says something like "e-mail address not found". I think I would need the admin guys or Tom to get it resetted behind the scene or find out the password for me... :(
