Good tuner for HKS F-con V pro

HI, can any one recommen any good and pro tuner at Malaysia? i need to retune my F con Vpro which install at my BNR34. Thanks.

N1 - maybe can try
GT auto - i know the tuner, Toby, but as i know he is expert in haltech or motec. some feed back he just so so on japanese ECU.
ST wangan - the tuner is it JUN FURUKAWA? he just tune for APEXI power FC?
