gear box problem!!!

my gear box got sound "Oork..Ooork" in 1st gear n even 2nd oso got...any sifu can help mi? pls help? :o

1st gear when leting go clucth tht time then sound come out,shifter will follow the sound n shake abit....is manual wit no lsd. i check wit mechanic but they said cannot repair it :( any sifu face this problem b4???

Mine is diffrent story.. which having a sound kek kek in idling mode. When press the cluth the sound was missing but if I "ON" the ekon during idling sound is more noisy. According to my mech, the reason behind is one of the bearing inside g/box 50% kong oredi!! And it can be replace with the new one...
