Fender arch rolling service in Sunway: Craft Motorsport

For those who're looking at rolling their fender for increased clearance for wider wheels and tyres, you'd already know there's a convenient rolling tool, that when affixed to the wheel hub, allows the operator to periodically adjust the poly roller to flatten the arch bead and / or widen the arch by fractions of an inch ,each time he makes a pass with the roller.

there are various shops out there with this tool, but i just got my arches rolled the second time with Craft Motorsport located in Sunway along PJS 11/2 near Esso.

yeah sort of, the 20X9.5 and 20X10.5 fits well, but the rear tyres are now 285/25 so some rolling were needed. The front fenders are also new so they needed rolling as well

Some cars require modding the fender liner as well once you rolled the lip of the fender flat inwards..

Some cars require modding the fender liner as well once you rolled the lip of the fender flat inwards..

You should check with them as it sort of differ from cars to cars. I think it was RM100 per corner or something like that

I think Jap cars easier to roll, and may be cheaper, but depends on workmanship again.....

Using the roller, should minimize, unlike the mud guard fellow knock with hammer, should gone.....

tom....will it crack your paintjob?

yes, it could crack your paint along the inner part of the arch, but not the visible, outer side.

you can bring your own heat gun / hair dryer to soften the paint, but i'm not sure how much safer it is with the gun.
