If you don't want troble for your future of your gearbox better don't take tiptronic gearbox. cause tiptronic gearbox a lot of problem I heard about my singapore friend of that model lancer car.... :ph34r:

Bro, de best answer for ur car :
1) Mivec MD 1.6 (RM 5K++)- can upgrade to 1.8 (running like vtec)
2) Mivec V6 FTO 2.0 (RM 5K++) - more power than perdana V6 stock engine (lebih kurang lee)
3) 4G93P 1.8 (RM 4.5K++) - from lancer Non Turbo
4) 4G93T 1.8 CM5A (RM 7K++) - Lancer 1999, running turbo
5) 4G63T - from Evo 4-7 - Budget must be more than RM 10K for the halfcut

My pomen have 4G63T from the last model of Evo 4...thats mean this car running the same engine with Evo 5...price unbelievable....just call me 012-2983742
