actually what's the difference between with or without earth wiring in our cars???

why is it harder to start the car without earthing???

how come some brands very expensive some very cheap... but the cable's thickness looked almost the same!!!

mine - RM100
HKS - RM750

so big difference??

its not the conductor , its their design and system . their ingenious way of grounding system is patented and u have to pay for their design.

copper is the best conductor u can get.

like what c-ground said, this has nothing to do with grounding. Unless you somehow managed to create a loop, meaning + to - all connected.. then die la. Battery kong, electrical short, and probably engine blow! WOooohooooo

Anyway, grounding sets are based on the wire thickness.. 4 gauge, 8 gauge, etc. C-Ground sells customized grounding sets and are very good priced. So go find their thread in the ZTH and read up about it. :) I got my set at a bloody good price, two 4 gauge wires and the rest 8 gauge.

i need new grounding cables....... do u haf a contact number???

I DIYed my ground cable. Using Amp 6 guage cable. direct connected from battery -ve terminal to alternator, distributor, engine head, starter body and 2 points at car's body.
BTW I'm lix... how are you Nij... remember me :dancing2:

hks using 24k gold....

Just discovered that, some cables that were claimed to be silver-coated, are actually tinned-copper.. meaning - tin coated copper.

Looks the same, serve the same purpose, huge price difference. Those RM9/feet are actually tin-copper, not silver coated.

MOst of the so-called gold-coated plates, are actually nickel-copper coating.
