if u r worried abt reboring ur engine block.....
u can change it....
if u r thinkin dat its troublesome to do another inspection....
can ketuk back ur ori engine number....
wahahaha.....

its good to register if change engine block, puspakom will not cost u much.

if ur mech dunno how to ketuk, there is a chance ur car get 'sita' or consider as 'illegal modification'...if jpj found out during roadblock...

so y take risk....

emmm.. illegal modd.. no im so scare to do thats.. to many roadblock nowadays all part in jb.. someone said ketuk numb3r is not endure.. the chemical will peel of nextime..

ur ori radiator woundnt b sufficient....
even if u take out the thermostat.....
but then need to test oni know la..
under normal driving conditions shouldnt hav probs.....
unless u go rev during hot weather la....
then u can see the temperature gauge goin up.....
where r u doin ur engine huh????

i already got double layer radiator..
my car now not doing anything yet.. still in garage n didn't decide yet to used bigger piston.. still consider btween 1.6 mivec or 1.8 (both same size) as their recommendation at same cost.. 1.6 soch piston hard to find.. searching around mount austin no stock...

guess the easiest way is to rebore ur block lo.....
if mivec n 1.8 pistons....
i feel its better to get mivec ones.....
higher compression ma.....

guess u oni need to do up the block....
n mayb u can do ur engine head oso if u got extra budget.....
then u r almost done on engine mods la.....

masai near my mech place la.....
my mech is at megah ria....jalan api api there.....
not v famous though...
as he din do major mods la....
but then quite a lot of ppl(including foreman) look for him for parts.....
but then its ok if u hav ur own trusted mech la....
just telling u to see whether u r interested to know other mech o not ma....

u sure ar mivec piston?? do u have any experiences? or myb around u done it?
im still waiting for suggest or opinion.. i know mivec is high compression but scared if facing any oil leakage next day bcoz the head still 91.. :regular_smile:

its one of the shop lot la...

i'm using 1.6 single cam ones....
as i said its edi higher compression....
dunno the diff wif mivec pistons....

my car done.. use 1.8 piston.. damn very good responces.. but not so lean
the mech said its can be more gained hp if dump include conrod from proton pesona as well but no budjet.. enough and satisfied with the performance..
now still running warm-up and wait for any problem came out..
