after 1 year plus i detailed this silver arrow, i've been thinking to do some touch up
therefore i think i can do things like removing water marks from wind screen and to restore the headlamp back from yellowish

as the picture shown, water marks, after a surface condition test using water

to clean the car:
1, wash with onr, 1 bucket of bottle, using MF clothes, top to down instead of down to up where u might scratch yr car from dirt collected in MF clothes
2, for serious dirty parts like tar other than dust, clean with OPC, dilution 1:3, using the magical detailing brush for small area
3, clay, using PG clay, ONR as lubricant, rub on the surface gently until it bcome smooth, same to the glasses

this is a 50/50 test, left side using ONR, right right, normal cloth wash for comparison
water draining speed different as well

hmmm....good idea. How about wrapping the D-handle using one of those badminton grip?:stupido2:

can list down the products used?

and a step by step on what was done like, 1st wash with product x, then clay then polish?

just photos of the result is nice, but newbies like me have no clue how it was done... like how to use the clay bar ? when to use the clay bar? how u remove the watermarks? products required,

dont mean to be rude, but hope can provide more details and make this more informative, so newbies like me can have confidence to try out such detailing.

waaa rexx u genius to tape the handle!!:adore:

now i get what krismas means, the tape for the handle, that was done by KC 2 yrs ago til now -.-

Yup. Try getting a couple of those badminton grip and wrap that handle. You'd get softer and more cushioning feel while gripping it. Although we don't normally grip the D-handle/bale-handle very hard but it does gives a good 'feeling' to it. Furthermore, when you lay the machine on the ground, it'll protect the handle from severe damages (if it matters, cuz it does to me). Not to mention it looks nicer too....hehehe.....
