sorry tat i bring out this Q tat prehaps have been mention ages ago...
but i still don understand.. lets say... if i get a 2nd hand rx-7...
why i need 2 rebuild the engine??

i heard alot of news tat seems like rx-7 engine is easy to blow... is tat true??
i really is a fan of rx family.. just wanna find out the true of it but not letting the rummers 2 spoil my mood into it :D

cheers to all rx family members :_:

a correctly modified cars.... will last you extremely long life cycle with just original stuff.

because our engine can't run lean.... lean cause high temp, cause our apex seal to break.

as long as your engine has enough fuel... enough lubrication, well maintain... you trash it once in awhile to clear the carbons....

that will easily last your engine around 100 to 150 k.

we do have an amount of members that rebuild them. just because they want a better engine. some might be because the engine is weaken after 10's of years.

mine still stock after so many years.
and running strong. haven't rebuild it yet.

You want to justify your concern and permenently welding the thoughts of rotary into your heart skyancient

i suggest you go to our RE Trackday in June.Fullstop

Yeah, join them at the RE trackday. I bet you won't wanna buy other cars other than rotaries...
