convert wira 1.3 wiper to 1.5/1.6 wiper with timer delay

hi any sifu here can help me to answer me on is it possible to convert wira 1.3 wiper system into th one like in 1.5 or 1.6

i just bought the singnals n wiper swich i mean the one in the cockpit just beihnd the steering. wht are the things i need to change so i can have the mechism with delay function in it?

i already buy the switch wht else do i need to buy so i can get it to function properly
