Everyone began to have thoughts recently, of an n AE86 revving to 9000rpm, full 250 hp...and just ripping past everything in its way at racetracks. Just have been aggraavated and stressed at the lack of punch of new high power machinery popping out of factory tune. Just wanted to simply go fast... Well the guys at Hot Staff just became your dream factory... Presenting the Honda F20C Powered, AE86. The heart and soul of Honda S2000 in your classic AE86 package complete with the 6 speed transmission.

Just to get us in the mood to conquer what's ahead, Hot Staff started with a nice paint job, and flares from a classic 240Z.

Next Hot Staff carefully selects a used and very expensive Honda S2000 motor, the F20C and sets it in the AE86 with many convoluted custom fabrication and hours of patience.
The intake exhaust are reversed, just to make things more difficult for even seasoned custom tuner.
The engine was also much taller and thus the engine had to be dropped and hood raised in the process.

The headers were custom project, tuned and tested. Over 40 units were fabricated to duplicate and better the OEM Honda units to provide power characters matched to the engine. This unit features longer, smoother flow than Honda S2000 unit.

How's this for transmission housing? The AE86 had to be cut out to clear the larger transmission, the new housing was created with steel reinforcements and finally covered with ribbed aluminum secondary plates.

The neatest part?? The Honda S2000 cluster was transferred to give the S2000's F1 look to the AE86 and was trimmed with real carbon fiber panels made specially for the AE86.

Well, as for tire and wheel? We just go with the classic look...you decide! These particular wheels where chosen from Mr.Mannen's (Hot Staff's Owner/Operator) other AE86. Note that this size will not fit without an extensive modification to the fenders as shown.

Front: 8.5Jx15 offset -8 205/50-15

Rear : 8.5Jx15 offset -20 225/50-15
