Check engine light.. need advice

Dear sifus

Lately, my svt check engine light has been lighting up whenever i start my car. My car starts and the CEL lights up and my rpm lingers around 500rpm for like 15 secs. The engine sounds sluggish and after +/- 15 secs, the CEL goes off and my rpm rises to normal.

What could be the problem?

one suggestion...u could check the ecu...
probably the symptons of ur ecu is gonna 'kong'..

my friends just change the ecu. have the sympton just like that. by the way, he's using SVT auto...

maybe other sifu have good experience & idea...

my 2 cents...

yup...some say like that...
try to check ur engine error code...if any...

if not ask sifoo Wong, Dr ECU...for ECU medical check-up...
