We usually do not want to comment on other sellers and their pricing because we are friends with some of the sellers in Malaysia. We are 100% confident of our pricing and quality and we do not associate ourselves with lower quality products that has many serious issues. Many of our customers actually buy from us after experiencing many problems with other sellers, who sells at very low price. We can only warn others in our own forum topic but am unable to provide you with seller info because it is unethical.
You posted another seller info on our topic and therefore, we have to at least defend our product, quality and price!
We have not heard of this company before but they are very familliar. After we got your message, we checked our emails and found that one of our customers bought or tried to buy from them before (He did not specify).
There were some issues that I am not able to reveal here because like we said, we do not want to badmouth others. If you really want to know, you can choose to email us in full confidentiality. To prove that we are not making this up, we can even let you call our customer upon his approval to let you decide for yourself. Either way, we are not responsible for any information exchange between you two. We have not experienced anything ourselves and all comments are not by us.
Anyway, let us introduce ourselves to you for your better understanding:
We have started selling E-Cigarettes for almost a year now and our base is in Johor Bahru. We have more than 500 customers in JB and have just begun promoting to customers across Malaysia. We have now successfully expanded our customer base to Negeri Sembilan, Malacca, KL and Perak. I don't think anyone has more customers than us in Malaysia and therefore, we are gonna be around for a very long time!
Some information about us that we'd like to share:
There are already pharmacies and clinics selling the exact product in KL area. However, they are selling their starter kits at RM700 and 5 refills at RM75. Our starter kits are only RM313 and 5 refills are only RM30. Please beware of extremely low priced units in the market as their quality and service is very much in doubt. Many of the people who have purchased these low priced items came back to buy new units from us.
We are among the most experienced & knowledgeable E-Cigarette distributor in the market today. We have collected samples from every e-cigarette manufacturer in the world and have tested all of them before deciding to sell only the very best to our customers. This is not difficult to do as there are only less than 10 manufacturers in the whole world.
We are different because we only specialise in e-cigarettes and we do not sell anything else. This is the reason why we have a 500 (and counting) customer base. We also meet our customers face to face regularly and are unlike most online shops than can dissappear anytime.
We are the only seller we know of that practices the "Spare Parts Below Cost Replacement System". Our Customers are very satisfied with the new system as it has become very affordable for them to replace parts.
Important Info
There are mini e-cigarettes in the market today. We do not recommend our customers to buy it anymore. It is about a few centimetres shorter. We used to sell more than 50 units a month. However, customers start to complain that the refills run out too fast and they have to recharge the battery after a very short time. In the beginning, they still do not mind but when they realize that they are spending more than double the amount of money on refills, they start to complain. The parts also starts to give problems very soon after use. We had to replace many spare parts to our customers. Now, we rather keep the stocks and make a loss than to sell it anymore. Unless of course, there are special requests.
Let me explain the differences to you. If you are able to accept it, we can even send you the shorter e-cigarette. The version we are recommending right now, the refill lasts for around 300 puffs (standard puffs, may differ according to individual) and the battery lasts for more than 300 puffs before you need to recharge it again.
The shorter, mini e-cigarette's refill can only last for about 80 puffs (Anyone who says it can last longer than this is lying!) and battery for about 100 puffs before you need to recharge again.
Many customers also report that the longer version gives them a better smoking experience. Our refills are the highest quality in the market I've seen until now because it comes very full with liquid. Other refills puts a lot of fiber and very little liquid to save money and make sure that people order frequently.
The truth is, that the current technology is still very unstable for the mini e-cigarette. Manufacturers force themselves to come out with smaller versions for the market demand but these smaller versions are not practical and has a lot of problems. We have been selling this product for quite some time, so we know the problems that are involved. A lot of the other sellers in the market are very new and still do not know the product well.
